Head Chef Peter Woods' menu infuses his passion for sourcing fresh ingredients from farmers (loyal to his and Christian's West Country origins) and creating good, honest food. You may even find he has caught the Seabass himself at his boat in Newhaven.

We have the United Nations of Wine Lists with representatives from everywhere from Lebanon to Sussex. It is glorious selection, many of which are served in carafes, which will change with the seasonal menu.
