Head Chef Peter Woods is passionate about sourcing fresh ingredients and considers seasonality and traceability key factors when designing his menus.

Peter’s 16 year career encompasses The Savoy, The Belvedere with Marco Pierre White and Tante Claire with Pierre Koffman, before joining Christian Butler to head up the team at Northbank in 2007. Accolades include Caterer Magazine’s prestigious Acorn Award 2004 which celebrates the Top 30 individuals under 30 in the hospitality industry and The William Heptinstall Award 1998 which enabled Peter to broaden his culinary skills in Paris. Peter brings a wide variety of experience to his role as Head Chef at Northbank and strives to create inspiring, exciting menus with a Cornish twist. Click on menu tabs below.
