Say to the taxi driver: "take me to where Queen Victoria Street meets the Millennium Bridge". When you get there, walk down towards the river. Just before you get to onto the Millennium Bridge nip down some stairs to your left. You will then be on the river walkway and if you look to your left you will see NORTHBANK about 30 m in front of you.
